The company conducting this competition is Table View International Real Estate Pty Ltd t/a Seeff Blouberg * (Reg. Number: 2012/195610/07) (hereafter called "the Company").
Criteria to enter the competition:
All participants are required to submit their creative photo of clapping at 8pm on the official Facebook post.
Competition Random Draw Procedures:
On the 16th of April 2020, the participant who has shared and liked the Seeff Blouberg competition post, submitted their photo in the competition post, will be submitted into the draw.
The most creative photo with the above criteria met, will be the winner.
The winner will be contacted directly via Facebook Messenger.
The winning participant will receive a Canal Walk Voucher to the value of R1000 from Seeff Blouberg.
The closing date of the competition:
Will be 17:00 on the 16th of April 2020.
The competition will be monitored by an independent auditor to ensure the integrity of the process and compliance with all relevant laws.
Any decision by the Company with regard to the determination of the winners shall be final.
By entering this competition, you give consent to the Company to publish the winner's name and photographs in any advertising or promotional material.
In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and those explanations appearing on any marketing material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Company running this competition reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time during the competition.
If you enter this competition, you agree not to hold the Company or any associated parties of the Company liable for any loss or injury you may suffer as a result of entering into this competition.
